Palo Alto Networks on Wednesday introduced it is obtaining Glaring.io, a cloud safety and compliance company, for $300 million in money.
The deal is predicted to near over Palo Alto’s fiscal 3rd quarter, and Glaring.io’s co-founders, Tim Prendergast and Justin Lundy, will sign up for Palo Alto.
Glaring.io is a pace-setter in public cloud infrastructure safety and can prolong Palo Alto Networks’ API-based safety functions. Their mixed functions will give consumers steady tracking, garage safety, and compliance validation and reporting.
